FAQ for academy programme participants

No. We teach practical AI skills for income growth and career advancement. Completion does not guarantee income, profit, or business results. This is vocational training — not a get-rich-quick scheme, not an investment product, and not an AI consulting agency. AI tools and examples may contain errors; professional and financial decisions require your own qualified human judgment.

Tracks assume professional work experience — typical participants include employees pursuing career growth, freelancers building billable AI services, entrepreneurs optimising small business workflows, and career-upgraders learning AI tools for the first time. We do not require programming skills; we do require willingness to practise prompt engineering and AI workflows between sessions.

Core academy modules are in-person at our The Metropolis studio for maximum hands-on practicum quality. Selected tracks offer hybrid attendance for regional learners. Self-paced modules supplement live cohorts with digital materials. We do not offer anonymous mass-market video-only courses — vocational AI skills training depends on facilitated exercises and feedback.

Open cohorts are capped at 16–22 learners to preserve facilitated dialogue and individual feedback. Corporate in-house programmes are scoped per engagement — typically 8–16 participants from a single team. Larger organisations may run sequential cohorts by department.

Corporate academy engagements are quoted in Singapore dollars based on duration, participant count, and customisation depth. Indicative ranges: weekend intensives from S$11,200; team workshops from S$8,800; full in-house programmes from S$9,800. Open cohort per-seat fees are listed on our programmes page. GST applies where relevant; quotes are valid 30 days.

Cancellations more than 14 days before start receive a full fee credit toward a future 2026 cohort. Within 14 days, fees are credited at 50%. Transfers to a colleague in an equivalent role are permitted up to 5 days before start at no charge. No-shows forfeit fees. Corporate contracts may specify alternative terms in writing.

Registration data is collected for programme administration, billing, and communication under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. We do not sell participant lists. You may request access or correction via [email protected]. See our privacy policy for retention periods and PDPC complaint rights.

Our academy programmes do not include: guaranteed income or profit; accredited university degrees unless explicitly stated; coding bootcamp software engineering training; crypto or trading signals; medical AI diagnosis; web design or marketing agency services; AI consulting implementation for your company; or personal life transformation coaching. We teach practical AI skills for professional work and income growth.

Facilitators demonstrate ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, and similar tools to illustrate professional workflows. Participants may use tools on their own devices where permitted. All outputs are treated as potentially erroneous — exercises emphasise verification, AI output quality checks, and accountable professional judgment rather than blind reliance on generative AI.
