"AI Income Academy Pro" and "academy track" refer to our vocational AI training brand — not personal life coaching, wellness services, or guaranteed career transformation. We are not a degree-granting university unless a separately accredited qualification is explicitly stated in writing with a named legal awarding body.
2. Website use licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and view website content for personal or internal business evaluation. 3. Programme registration and fees

5. Intellectual property
Pathway materials, frameworks, branding, and website content are owned by or licensed to AI Income Academy Pro Pte. Ltd.. Participants receive a limited licence to use materials for internal organisational purposes. Redistribution, public publication, or commercial resale of materials is prohibited without written permission. You retain ownership of capstone work you create; you grant us a licence to use anonymised excerpts for quality improvement.
6. Conduct standards
Participants must behave professionally toward facilitators and peers. Harassment, discriminatory conduct, recording without consent where prohibited, or sharing confidential peer contributions externally may result in removal without refund. Corporate sponsors are responsible for participants they register.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, AI Income Academy Pro Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use or programme attendance. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed fees paid by you for the specific programme giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify AI Income Academy Pro Pte. Ltd. against claims arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of materials, or unlawful conduct during programmes, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
9. Third-party services
We may reference third-party AI vendors, venues, or tools for educational illustration. We are not responsible for third-party product performance, outages, or policy changes. Links to external sites are provided for convenience without endorsement.
10. Privacy
Personal data is handled per our privacy policy and the PDPA 2012. Programme registration requires accurate information; false credentials may result in cancellation.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
12. Severability and waiver
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
13. Entire agreement
For programme participants, these terms supplement any written corporate training agreement or registration form. In case of conflict, the signed corporate agreement prevails for that engagement.

15. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including pandemics, government orders, venue closures, facilitator illness, or telecommunications outages. In such cases we will offer rescheduled dates or fee credits at our discretion.
16. Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights to a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all assets, with notice posted on this website.
17. Language
These terms are drafted in English (Singapore). Translations provided for convenience do not override the English version if inconsistencies arise.
18. Dispute resolution
Before commencing formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by written notice to [email protected] describing the dispute. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue remedies in the Singapore courts per Section 11.
19. Survival

We may update pathway curricula, facilitators, or schedules to reflect evolving AI workflows standards and regulatory guidance in Singapore. Material changes to confirmed registrations will be communicated in writing with options to transfer or receive credit.
22. Feedback and complaints

23. Tax and invoices
Quoted fees are in Singapore dollars unless stated otherwise. Tax invoices are issued per Singapore tax regulations. Corporate sponsors requiring purchase orders should submit them before programme confirmation.
24. Recording policy
Participants may not record pathway sessions without prior written consent from AI Income Academy Pro and fellow participants. Facilitator materials remain confidential to registered executives unless marked for external sharing.
